What's next

• Follow-up email one week after roadmap delivery — one question: 'which recommendation did you implement?'
• Mode-switching AI: consensus, challenger, coach, operator — context-dependent rather than always agreeing.
• Pattern-based warnings from structured analysis data ("70% of creators your size who tried this wasted money").
• Execution trust loop: accountability emails, contractor recommendations, step-by-step guides.
• First paid conversions and real usage data from the dashboard tier.

Not doing

• Ads before the funnel is proven on organic and influencer traffic.
• Adding new content sections — publishing into the ones that exist.
• Rebuilding the consultant marketplace that was removed in March — recommendation engine is the replacement.
